5th and 6th class pupils really portrayed the Winter season in their artwork this week.

They made these beautiful “Winter Wonderland” art pieces.

The pupils first made the background- using various different blends/shades of blue and purple. In the second phase they tore/cut black and white card and glued it on the background to create a wintery landscape.

5th and 6th class have been busy during the past 2 weeks learning the skill of shading. The pupils have made some fabulous detailed  drawings of leaves and objects, detailing these with the shading skills they have been learning.DSCN0025 DSCN0026 DSCN0027DSCN0094
