First & Second Class

Ms. Minogue’s Class

Ms Minogue teaches First and Second Classes. There are 23 children in her classroom, 11 in First Class and 12 in Second Class. Mrs Bellew and Mrs. Tuite come into to help us during the day.

First Class 2020-2021

  • Credit Union Art Poster Competition.

    Well done to all the boys and girls who made it into the top 3 in the three different age categories of the Credit Union Art Poster Completion.

    Well done to Darragh Grimes who came 3rd place in the Under 7’s.Well done to Irene Aji who came 3rd place in the 8-10’s category. Well done to Hannah Sheridan who came 3rd in the 11-13’s category and a very well done to Shona Murray who came 1st in the 11-13’s!

    The boys and girls will receive their prizes at a presentation in the Connect CU office in Annagassan tonight 18th November at 7pm, followed by refreshments afterwards in The Glyde Inn.

  • World Book Day

    Today Pupils enjoyed World Book Day at St. Finians. Everyone got the chance to dress up as a character they like from their favourite book. In the afternoon, the senior pupils paired up with the junior pupils of the school to read together and talk about their favourite books. Below are some photos of second and fifth class reading and discussing books together.
